In the following image, two EC2 instances have been created on AWS. EC2 instances are comparable to virtual machines provided by AWS.
On Address Manager, the EC2 instances are imported as devices. The following image displays the two EC2 instances that have been imported into Address Manager as two separate devices.
When clicking on the device in the Address Manager user interface, you can see any subnets that are associated to the EC2 instance and any additional data of the EC2 instance. The following image displays the device details page of the EC2 instance in the Address Manager user interface.
Within the IP Space, the addresses associated to the EC2 instances are also assigned to the EC2 device in Address Manager. The following image displays the IP address assigned to the EC2 instance in the Address Manager user interface.
