After you configure at least one Visibility manager in Cloud Discovery & Visibility (CDV), you can export them to a local configuration file. (CDV organizes visibility jobs into Visibility managers based on the discovery job they came from.) You can use this file to easily import the visibility job into another instance of CDV, or as a template to create additional discovery jobs for later import.
You can also enter a secret key during the export operation to encrypt the file.
To export visibility managers:

If you haven't already done so, open the Visibility page (click the Visibility tab).

Select the checkboxes next to the visibility managers that you want to export.

Click the Actions button and select Export visibility managers. The Export schedule managers window opens.
Note: You can export visibility managers for only the instance of Address Manager with which you are currently in session. -
(Optional) Under Secret Key, enter a secret key value that will be used to encrypt the visibility manager configuration file.
The Secret key must have exactly 32 characters. Characters can be alphanumeric characters or special characters, except for white space ( ), quotation mark ('), and double quotation mark (“)
Note: The Secret key here is used only for the exported visibility manager file that CDV creates. It is distinct and separate from the CDV Secret key used to encrypt sensitive job information that is internally stored the CDV database. -
Click Export.
Cloud Discovery & Visibility generates the visibility job configuration file as a JSON file and downloads it to your browser.
