When actions are performed in Cloud Discovery & Visibility (CDV), important messages
about events will be displayed in the UI, at the top of the page in a temporary popup
window. In addition to these messages, users will be notified of important events (such
as errors that require their attention) with a red number that appears on the 
bell icon next to the main Cloud Discovery & Visibility
title at the top of the page. The red number indicates the number of notifications that
have occurred. Click the bell icon to view the logs displaying information about the
events that correspond to the notifications. Clicking the bell icon will also clear the
red number on it.
To enable or disable pop-up messages that appear at the top of the page:
Click the Settings tab to open the general Settings page.
In the Status messages section, click the switch to toggle between displaying or hiding discovery and visibility status messages.
Note: Disabling pop-up messages does not affect logged messages. Any messages that would pop up will still appear in CDV logs.
