You can update an existing scheduled discovery job to add additional resources to discover and import. When editing a scheduled job, you can only add new resource types to discover; you cannot remove them.

To update a scheduled discovery job

  1. Open the GCP Management page (click the GCP tab in the header, then click the Management tab).

  2. Under Schedules Management, select the checkbox next to one or more scheduled discovery jobs.

  3. Click and select Update Discovery Options.

  4. Select the updated cloud resources for the discovery job. For more information on the options, see GCP Discovery Options.

    Attention: You can only add new cloud resources to an existing scheduled discovery job. You cannot remove any enabled options.

  5. Click Update.
