When working with Azure, the service principal may expire. You can update your credentials for the specified visibility jobs and restart them using the UI and API without deleting and recreating new jobs.
To update the Azure credentials for a visibility job
- Under Visibility Management, select the checkbox next to one or more visibility jobs.
- Click and select Update credentials.
- Under Update Credentials, enter the following
information:
- DIRECTORY (TENANT) ID—enter the updated tenant ID of the Service Principal account that you will be using to authenticate with Azure.
- APPLICATION (CLIENT) ID—enter the updated client ID of the Service Principal account that you will be using to authenticate with Azure.
- CLIENT SECRET VALUE—enter the updated secret value of the Service Principal account that you will be using to authenticate with Azure.
- Click Update.
Once you click Update, the visibility jobs are restarted. Any visibility jobs that have the status Stopped or Imported are automatically started.
