If a Service Point v4 platform update fails to update and returns an update status of Update to <version> failed, you can retry the Service Point v4 platform update.

  1. On the Service points (v4) page, select the service point that did not successfully update.
  2. At the bottom of the service point details page, click Retry Update.

    A message appears at the top of the page, indicating that the affected service point is attempting to update again.
