Modernized user registration experience

The end-user registration flow was redesigned to provide a smoother onboarding experience for unregistered devices. It includes the following enhancements:

DRP configuration was redesigned and integrated directly into the DRP Admin Portal. This way DRP no longer requires BlueCat Gateway as an intermediary with BAM.
