Blocklist tab displays a list of all devices that have been blocked by a system administrator. The list includes the associate username, MAC and IP addresses, device description, as well as reasons and any comments on the device being blocked.
To unblock a blocklisted device:
- Open the device menu and select Unblock.
- Confirm by selecting Unblock.
The device is moved to the Unregistered pool and has to be registered to gain access to the network.
To delete an blocklisted device:
- Open the device menu and select Delete.
- Confirm by selecting Delete.
The devices is removed and permanently deleted from the network.
