About
Welcome to the 26.1.0 Device Registration Portal (DRP) manual.
This document is designed to help both regular and admin users become familiar with the DRP User Interface (UI). It describes steps required to access and use all features of the DRP, including registering and managing devices, users, guests, system configurations, security settings, etc.
The Device Registration Portal is used to authenticate users and register devices before granting network access. When an unregistered device connects to the network and opens a browser, the DNS/DHCP server redirects the device to DRP. Users review and accept Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) to register their devices and gain full network access.
To get started, refer to the User Guide or Admin Guide sections of this document according to your interest.
If this is the first time accessing the DRP as an administrator, ensure all preparations are reviewed and requirements properly configured, including your Address Manager and DNS/DHCP Servers.
Use the same configuration information that you set on Address Manager and DNS/DHCP Servers. For details about Address Manager and DNS/DHCP Server configurations, refer to Address Manager configuration requirements.
