Register as guest - BlueCat Gateway - 26.1.0

Guest registration is optional. If enabled on the DRP, Login as Guest is displayed as an option on the login page.

Guest registration provides limited and temporary network access, and collects personal and device information. A passphrase may also be required before guest registration is allowed.

To log in as Guest:

1. From the Network registration login page, select Login as Guest.
2. If a passphrase is required, enter the passphrase obtained from system administrators. (optional)

Guest device registration screen displays, allowing users to register a device as a next step.

1. Enter a first and last name, description, and the device’s MAC address.
2. Select Register Device to complete the registration.

The device can successfully connect to the network.
