Unregistered devices tab displays a list of all devices that currently have an unregistered status and do not have access to the network. The list includes their MAC and IP addresses, type, description, access end date, and an associated username.
To delete an unregistered device:
- Open the device menu and select Delete.
- Confirm by selecting Delete.
The devices is removed from the unregistered pool.
To renew the registration for (re-register) an unregistered device:
- Open the device menu and select Renew.
- Confirm by selecting Renew.
The device is moved to the Registered pool and has full access to the network.
