The most common cause of authentication failure is DRP losing connectivity with the Active directory/Open LDAP server.

  • Check the drp.log file.
  • To test the issue, log in to Gateway and access the Authentication section in the DRP configuration. Test bind to confirm if DRP can bind to the authentication server.

  • If you are unable to bind to the authentication server, then check the connectivity issue from the host machine to the authentication server.
