The MAC address for clients cannot be determined if DRP is unable to talk to the assigned DHCP server or the assigned IP of the client is not a part of the DHCP pools.
  • To test the issue, log in to Gateway and access the BlueCat DNS/DHCP server section in the DRP configuration. Test the connectivity to confirm if DRP can communicate with the DHCP server.

  • You can check if the IP address is a part of the DHCP pools from the Address Manager configuration.
