Once you apply the license, you must configure Gateway’s default settings used to heal the PTR records.

  1. Log in to the UI.
  2. Under AVAILABLE ACTIONS, click Administration > Configurations > General Configuration
  3. Enter the BlueCat Address Managers Configuration that should be used when healing the missing PTR record.
  4. Enter the BlueCat Address Managers DNS View that should be used when healing missing the PTR record.
  5. Click SAVE.
