  1. Log in to BlueCat Gateway.
  2. Click Administration > Workflow Permissions.


  3. In the Workflows list, select a workflow. Select multiple workflows by holding Shift or Ctrl and selecting a workflow.


  4. In the Pages list, select a page. Select multiple pages by holding Shift or Ctrl and selecting a page.


  5. Optional: Add a group/UDF value in the Group Name/UDF value field.
    Note: If you add a group to multiple pages, the group is added only to pages that do not have the group.
    1. In the New Group Name field, enter a group name.


    2. Click Add.
  6. In the Group Name/UDF value field, select the group name.


  7. Click Add.
    Note: You can delete a group from the Group Name/UDF value field by selecting the group and clicking Delete. If you delete a group from multiple pages, the group is deleted only from pages that have the group.
    The group/user is granted access to the workflow. You must log out and log back in for the changes to occur.
