  1. Log in to BlueCat Gateway.
  2. Select Administration > Email/External DB Configuration.
  3. Click Credentials.
  4. In the Mail Username field, enter the username of the Flask-Mail account.
  5. Click Mail Password Settings and choose one of the following steps:
    1. Select Mail Password Path, and then click Choose File to select an encoded file that contains the Flask-Mail password. This password will then be saved into the BlueCat Gateway configuration to be used with Mail Service.
      Note: Once the value for the Flask-Mail password path is defined, BlueCat Gateway will use that file by default. If the password path is not defined or the file is missing in the defined path, the value for the Mail Password will be None.

      You cannot upload files larger than 1MB. If you upload a file larger than 1MB, an error message "Mail Password File size is too large," appears.

    2. Select Mail Password to enter the Flask-Mail password.
  6. In the Mongo Username field, enter the username of the Flask-PyMongo account.
  7. Click Mongo Password Settings and choose one of the following steps:
    1. Select Mongo Password Path, and then click Choose File to select an encrypted file that contains the Flask-PyMongo password. This password will then be saved into the BlueCat Gateway configuration to be used with MongoDB Service.
      Note: Once the value for the Flask-PyMongo password path is defined, BlueCat Gateway will use that file by default. If the password path is not defined or the file is missing in the defined path, the value for the Mongo Password will be None.

    2. Select Mongo Password to enter the Flask-PyMongo password.
  8. Click Save.
