Configuring workflow permissions in the BlueCat Gateway user interface - Platform - BlueCat Gateway - 22.4.1

To configure workflow permissions from the BlueCat Gateway UI:

1. Log in to BlueCat Gateway.

2. From the navigator on the left, click Administration > Workflow Permissions.

3. In the Workflows list, select one or more workflows. To select multiple workflows, hold Shift or Ctrl while selecting additional workflows.

   
   
   

4. In the Pages list, select one or more pages. To select multiple pages, hold Shift or Ctrl while selecting additional pages.

   
   
   
5. Add the name of the group or the value of the BlueCat UDF (User-Defined Field) that will have access to the selected workflow pages.

   Note: If you add a group to multiple pages, the group is added only to pages that do not yet have the group.

   • (Optional) If the group doesn't appear in the Group Name/UDF value list, in New Group Name field, enter the new group name, then click Add.

     

   • In the Group Name/UDF value field, select the name of the group to which you want to give access to the selected workflows.

     
     
     

   • Click Add.

     The group/user is granted access to the workflow. You must log out and log back in for the changes to occur.
