A snapshot is a saved instance of a workflow that preserves its current state. This can be useful when you want to experiment with a workflow and revert to it later.
To create a new snapshot of a workflow:

Open the Workflow management window. (Click the
Navigator button if necessary, then click .)

In the row of the workflow that you want to export, click its action button at the end of the table (
) and select Snapshot.
In Name, enter a name for the snapshot and click Create.
Gateway creates a snapshot of the current state state of the indicated workflow. To view all created snapshots, in the Workflow management page, click the Snapshots tab.
To restore a workflow snapshot:

Open the Workflow management window. (Click the
Navigator button if necessary, then click .)
- Click the Snapshots tab.

In the row of the snapshot that you want to restore, click its action button at the end of the table (
) and select Revert.
The previous version of the workflow is uploaded to Gateway.
Refresh your browser before using the workflow.
