To download BlueCat Gateway log files:
From Gateway, click
System in the page header, then click Download logs.
Note: This option appears only to users who are a member of a group with the permissiondownload_logs
.Browse to the location where you want to save the log files.
Gateway saves a compressed ZIP file to that location, consisting of all currently available Gateway log files. This includes the current
message.log
andaccess.log
files, plus all archived logs that are currently retained by the system as defined by Gateway's log rotation settings.
