If you make changes to a workflow and want to load a new version of it to BlueCat Gateway, you must first delete the existing workflow from BlueCat Gateway and then re-install the new version.

Log in to BlueCat Gateway.

Open the Workflow management window. (Click
Settings at the bottom of the navigator on the left, then click Workflow Management.)

In the row of the workflow that you want to delete, click its action button at the end of the table (
) and select Delete.
Tip: To filter the list by workflow name or path, enter a search term in the Search box above the list.Confirm the operation when asked. Gateway deletes the workflow from the list.

Refresh your web browser.

Import the new version of the workflow. For more details, refer to Importing workflows from Git repositories.

From the Permissions page, set permissions for the workflow you just imported, and click Add to save your changes.

Settings at the bottom of the navigator on the left, then click Permissions.

The workflow you imported is now available to users.
