Overview
We have updated both the architecture and the user experience of our LiveAssist feature to support new functionality of the latest and upcoming version releases. While the previous version was mostly textual, the new user interface (UI) supports a variety of charts, graphs and tables.
You now have the ability to search through thread history, get a streaming of responses and will receive contextual follow up questions. Finally, using LiveAssist does not interfere with your work within LiveNX.
Important: Users who used LiveAssist in previous LiveNX
versions will need to re-register to continue using LiveAssist. LiveAssist is only
accessible to admin role users.
