Overview

LiveNX v25.1.0 introduces support for integrating with Infrastructure Assurance v25.1.0. In the context of this integration, Infrastructure Assurance is referred to as LiveAssurance - Network Security (henceforth referred to as LiveAssurance in this guide).

Upon upgrading to LiveNX v25.1.0 (and greater versions up to and including v25.3.0), customers have an opportunity to try LiveAssurance using a freemium licensing model.

LiveAssurance proactively identifies firewall issues and provides remediation steps to prevent disruptions. It detects hidden configuration drifts, run-time anomalies, maintenance gaps, and adherence to best practices. Powered by AI and machine learning, it auto-triages issues, reducing Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) by investigating problems, performing root cause analysis, and executing troubleshooting tasks autonomously.

What is Freemium Licensing?

BlueCat is providing the LiveAssurance product with five device licenses at no cost for 12 months. This freemium offer is available to customers with an active LiveNX subscription to also experience LiveAssurance without any initial license fee.

Customers can access LiveAssurance after upgrading to LiveNX v25.1.0 or greater versions up to and including v25.3.0.

The freemium offer does not include any warranties or support. Customers can contact their sales representatives for assistance. If full technical support is needed, BlueCat recommends purchasing a regular license that includes support.

Customers who wish to continue using LiveAssurance after 12 months must purchase a license.

BlueCat reserves the right to modify or discontinue this freemium offer at any time on prior notice. By using the LiveAssurance product, customers accept these terms.
