The AI dashboard will provide a quick gateway to four common questions to help users understand their network at a glance.
Daily briefing
The Daily briefing is meant to show a user their current network problems all within a single pane.
Important: Cached data from the last
requested result can be distinguished in the dashboard by its opacity. A banner
telling users that fresh data is available at the bottom will be visible to help
navigate users to the latest results.
Functionality
Caching:
- Stores the last successful result and displays it on next load. This helps users can see data quicker. The time and date of the cache will be visible at the start of the message.
- Cached data has distinct opacity to it. When fresh data is available, a banner will be shown at the bottom.
- All users share the same cache. This is works because all users are currently admins with all device access.
- A banner at the bottom of the page will help users know that there is fresh data to view. Clicking “show” will scroll the user to the fresh content.
Continued conversation:
- Users can launch LiveAssist and ask additional questions about the data they are seeing on the dashboard.
Refresh:
- Updates the current data.
