  1. Log in to LiveNX as an admin user and select Settings from the menu behind the gear icon in the upper-right corner.

  2. Navigate to Network Intelligence Configuration → LiveAssist. Click Register.

    Click Register.

  3. A green notification will appear confirming the registration was successful and LiveAssist is now ready for use. In addition, the Status, API Key information and expiration date are immediately displayed.
