Under OpenTelemetry, enter the following information:
- Enable OpenTelemetry: select to enable the OpenTelemetry
collector, or select Disable OpenTelemetry to disable it.
If an existing LiveFlow capture is configured to generate OpenTelemetry records, you cannot disable OpenTelemetry. The Disable OpenTelemetry radio button will be disabled with a message explaining why.
- Customer ID: enter the customer ID. This field is optional.
- Endpoint: enter the endpoint and port of your LiveNX
instance. For example:
https://livenx.liveaction.com:4317 - Token: enter the token from LiveNX. You can find it in LiveNX by selecting .
- Select the Use TLS checkbox to configure the OTel collector to use TLS in communication. If you do not select the Use TLS checkbox, no other TLS fields will be displayed. The other TLS fields will only be displayed if you check the Use TLS checkbox.
- Select the Skip certificate verification checkbox if you do not want to validate the certificate.
- Drag/drop the certificate file (*.pem) into the drag/drop region or click Upload Certificate File button to upload a certificate file to the appropriate TLS certificate field. To remove an existing certificate file, click the appropriate Delete Certificate File button, a confirmation prompt will appear before deleting.
