Deploying an RCE - User Guide - LiveWire - 26.2.0

To deploy an RCE, perform the following steps:

1. Ensure that you have a LiveWire control point already installed and available. This must be a LiveWire Virtual instance.
2. Enable the Floating License Server so that it can manage the licenses required for the RCEs. For more information, refer to LiveWire floating license
3. Set up the Authentication Group Secret on the LiveWire control point. For more information, refer to Configuring the LiveWire Authentication Group Secret on the LiveWire control point.
4. Install Remote Capture Engine on however many Windows or Linux Systems required. For more information, refer to Installing an RCE on a Windows system and Installing an RCE on a Linux system.
