The Event summary view shows a count of each expert event for this capture. Severity levels configured in the EventFinder are displayed to the left of each voice and video expert event. Selecting an event in the Event summary view will also highlight the corresponding flow or call.
The parts of the Event summary view are described below:
- Export: Select to export the list of Expert events to a CSV file.
- Configure expert settings: Select to configure the Expert settings.
- Refresh: Select to refresh the Expert Event Summary view.
