The support page displays information about the LiveWire system. From this page, you can copy or download the support information and send it to the BlueCat Customer Care team for assistance with troubleshooting your LiveWire environment.
To view support information:
- Select the Admin tab.
- Select Support.
- From the Support page, click on one of the icons above the
support information to perform the following actions:
- Download: Select to save the support information to a TXT file.
- Copy: Select to copy the support information.
- Refresh: Select to refresh the support information.
