You can select single objects on the DNS, IPAM, and Admin pages to examine and, if needed, adjust their access.

To manage object access:

  1. Open either the DNS, IPAM, or Admin page and select the object whose access you want to view.
  2. Use either the Action or Row ... menu to select Manage access.
  3. In the Manage access dialog, manage the object's access:
    • Select the i icon to view the related permissions assigned for each role with access to the object.
    • Exclude roles from accessing the object.
    • Add Specific roles to the object by choosing a role in the dropdown and selecting + Add.
      Note: Only Specific roles that have the necessary access permissions enabled are displayed in the dropdown.

    The Manage access dialog displays the roles that have access to the object. Use the Add specific role dropdown at the bottom of the dialog to select Specific roles to give access to the object.
  4. Select Save.
