Viewing API keys - User Guide - Micetro - 26.1.0

You can view existing API keys and check their expiration dates in Micetro. API keys are added to user accounts dedicated to specific automation tasks.

To view API keys for a dedicated user:

1. Navigate to Admin > Configuration > Access management > Users.
2. In the data grid, locate the user whose API keys you want to view and use the Action menu to select Manage API keys.

A list of the user's API keys is displayed in the dialog. It includes the following information for each key:

• Name
• Description
• Creation timestamp
• Expiration date timestamp
  • If an API key is active, a green checkmark is displayed alongside the expiration date.
  • If an API key is approaching its expiration date (<30 days), a yellow exclamation point is displayed.
  • If an API key has expired, a red x is displayed.
