To view details about an xHA cluster, select the appliance in the Appliances data grid. The Inspector displays information about both the active and passive xHA nodes, including the following statistics:

  • Name
  • State, such as Unreachable, None, Normal, Initializing, or Degraded
  • Role, such as Active or Passive
  • Peer role, meaning the role of the peer node
  • Heartbeat status, such as Running, Failed, or Stopped
  • Data sync state, such as Connected, Standalone, Unknown
  • Local system state, such as UpToDate, Inconsistent, Outdated
  • Peer system state, meaning the system state of the peer node
  • Sync percentage, which is only displayed for the passive node when initial synchronization is in process, when appliance State is Synchronizing, immediately after the cluster is created or repaired
  • Sync time remaining, which is only displayed for the passive node when initial synchronization is in process, when appliance State is Synchronizing, immediately after the cluster is created or repaired
