Bug fixes

Warning: Kea DHCP High Availability (HA): Making configuration changes through Micetro, such as creating or deleting DHCP scopes, may cause HA communication to fail when running Kea DHCP 3.0 with multithreading enabled. In affected versions, the Kea HA nodes stop listening on the HA communication port, causing heartbeat failures and resulting in the HA pair entering a partner-down state.

This behavior is caused by an ISC Kea defect tracked as ISC Kea GitLab issue #4145. This issue affects Kea 3.0 versions available at this time, which include up to 3.0.3. The ISC Kea 3.2.0 release notes indicate that the related defect was fixed in that release and is expected to be backported to Kea 3.0.4.

Customers experiencing this issue should upgrade to Kea 3.0.4 once it becomes available (KI-027334)

  • Dialogs with tabs, like the Edit user dialog, are now displayed correctly in Firefox web browsers (KI-027313)

  • Fixed an issue in which modification of DHCP reservations on Kea DHCP servers resulted in a mismatch between the active lease and the new reservation (KI-026164)
  • Fixed an issue in which users were logged out and redirected to the Micetro landing page when their sessions timed out, instead of being prompted to reenter their passwords and resume where they were working (KI-027298)

  • Improved the speed of operation when modifying records in large Azure DNS zones (KI-027146)
