Before you begin, you must apply the license key provided by BlueCat to enable the BlueCat Reports Configuration workflow.

To apply a license key:

  1. Under AVAILABLE ACTIONS, click License Provisioning.
  2. Under the License Settings tab, enter the license key.
  3. Select a BlueCat Report from the Workflow drop-down menu.
  4. Click Update License.
BlueCat Gateway attempts to update the license key for the report. The following message appears if the license key is valid:

"license key updated"

Note: If the license key has expired, BlueCat Reports will not be accessible. You can verify the validity of your license from the Workflow License Status tab. To mitigate the impact of report execution, you must renew the license and update the license key in BlueCat Gateway before it expires.
