To access the BlueCat DDI portal, in the Navigator, select .
After opening the BlueCat DDI Service Catalogue portal, select the category and desired action. The following table lists the available actions for each category.

Alias Record Category
From the Alias Record category, users can add, update, and remove alias records. The corresponding request form in the DDI Service Catalogue includes several validations which are listed in the Validations for the Alias Record Category table below. Users can submit the request only if all required fields are completed and no validation errors appear.

Once all required fields are complete and no validation errors remain, select Submit to submit your request.

The Submitted Request window displays your request status and ticket ID, as shown in the following image.

Host Record Category
