Assign the user role x_bcn_bluecat_ddi.user that enables use of the BlueCat DDI Service Catalogue application, by using the following procedure:

  1. From the ServiceNow Service Management Portal, navigate to System Security > Users and Groups > Users.

  2. Edit a user, then add the x_bcn_bluecat_ddi.user role.

  3. In addition, assign the x_bcn_bluecat_ddi.admin role to allow the user to view the App Privacy Policy.
