Configuring access rights - Adaptive Plugins - BlueCat Gateway - 2.0

Assign the user role that enables use of the BlueCat DDI Service Catalogue application, by using the following procedure:

1. From the ServiceNow Service Management Portal, navigate to System Security > Users and Groups > Users.

2. Edit a user, then add one of the following roles:

   • The x_bcn_bluecat_ddi.user role enables the use of the BlueCat DDI Service Catalogue application.
   • The x_bcn_bluecat_ddi.admin role allows you to view the App Privacy Policy.
   • The x_bcn_bluecat_ddi.Support role allows you to view the Contact Information.
