Installing the application - Adaptive Plugins - BlueCat Gateway - 1.1

After acquiring the application from the ServiceNow Store, install it on the desired ServiceNow instance by using the following procedure:

1. Log in to the ServiceNow instance where the application will be installed.

2. Navigate to System Applications > All Available Applications > All.

3. In the Search field, enter BlueCat DDI.

4. Select BlueCat DDI Service Catalogue for Integrity from the search results.

5. Select Install.

6. Review any listed dependencies and confirm the installation.

7. Wait for the installation process to complete.

After installation, the BlueCat DDI application modules become available in the ServiceNow navigation menu, as shown in the following image.
