You can view the status of all components in one place to make sure that everything is up and running as expected.
To check the current status of Micetro components and appliances:
- Select the Configuration tab on the Admin page.
- In the left sidebar, select Current status under Micetro version.
A list of components, their current versions, and statuses is displayed in the data grid.
Troubleshooting offline components or errors
If there’s an error with a component, or it’s offline, it will be marked in the Status column of the data grid.
Hover your cursor over the Offline or Error status for more details to help you troubleshoot.
If, for example, the component is offline, a Retry option may be made available in the Action column. You can select this option to retry connecting the component.
