When a new version of a Micetro component or appliance is available, you can download and apply the updates through the Web Application. Micetro notifies you whenever a new version is available. For information about versions and update paths for older versions, refer to Micetro versions and update paths.
You can check the status of Micetro components and appliances—whether they're up-to-date, currently applying an update, or even offline—by selecting Current status in the left sidebar on the Configuration tab of the Admin page.
The following permissions are needed to apply updates:
- Permission: None (cannot create a custom role to access this)
- Role:
Administrators (built-in)
