To download BlueCat Gateway log files:
From Gateway, in the top right corner, click the down arrow next to the name of the logged-in user and click Download logs.
Note: This command appears only if you have theadmin
permissiondownload_logs
.Browse to the location where you want to save the log files.
Gateway saves a compressed ZIP file to that location, consisting of all currently available Gateway log files. This includes the current
message.log
andaccess.log
files, plus all archived logs that are currently retained by the system as defined by Gateway's log rotation settings.
