After creating a report, Address Manager returns you to the Reporting page. From here you can generate the report for your records or necessary distribution.

To generate a report:
- In the Generate column, click the report format
(PDF, HTML,
CSV, XLS, or
RTF). Depending on the report format, the report
appears in a new browser window or you are prompted to save or open the
report.Note: If Invalid Parameter appears under the Generate column, you need to set a missing parameter in the report. For details, refer to Adding and editing reports.
