From Address Manager you can jump to a BlueCat Gateway workflow in a new browser tab without the need to log in separately in the Gateway user interface. In Address Manager you can add a Workflow UDF to any BAM object; this UDF has the URL to a BlueCat Gateway workflow. The workflow will use that BAM object as context for the workflow. A common example would be to add the Workflow UDF to a DNS resource record, then when jumping to the workflow in Gateway you can deploy that DNS resource record along with additional custom data you might enter in the workflow.

Note: By default, the BAM object ID is passed to the workflow in Gateway, so BlueCat recommends using this cross-jump to improve the efficiency of processes related to adding or modifying objects in BAM that need to be made actionable, such as deployment to BDDS.
