The following describes how to upgrade different versions DNS/DHCP Server software from the Address Manager user interface.

Address Manager v9.4.0 allows you to upgrade managed servers running the following versions of DNS/DHCP Server software:

v9.4.0 v9.3.0
v9.2.0

To upgrade DNS/DHCP Server software:

  1. From the configuration drop-down menu, select a configuration.
  2. Select the Servers tab. Tabs remember the page you last worked on, so select the tab again to ensure you're on the Configuration information page.
  3. Under Server, select the check box for one or more servers.
  4. Click Action and select Upgrade Servers.
    The Confirm Server Upgrade page lists the servers to be upgraded.
  5. Under Change Control, add comments, if required.
  6. Click Yes.
Attention: Once you have successfully updated to DNS/DHCP Server v9.4.0, you must perform a full deployment to ensure that all services are operating correctly.
